Basquewille

BasquewilleBasquewille is a Danish Warmblood gelding, born in Denmark in 1991. His sire is Woernitz and his dam is Mette Smed. Mette won the World Cup Grand Prix Dressage Invitational on Basquewille in 2007. Basquewille is now retired from Grand Prix, but working at home and showing with one of Mette's working students.

Significant Achievements:

  • 2007 World Cup Grand Prix Dressage Invitational Champion
  • Qualified for the 2006 World Equestrian Games Selection Trials/Grand Prix Championship in Gladstone.
  • 2006 Region 7 Champion in the Great American/USDF Grand Prix Regional Championship
  • 2005 USDEF #17 Grand Prix Horse of the Year
